CONGRESS NAME BADGE
You will receive your name badge upon registration. Please wear your name badge during all sessions and events.

REFRESHMENT
Coffee and light refreshment will be served to Congress participants in the Exhibition Area from 1 – 3 September 2017. Drinking water is available from water dispensing units located within the Congress premises.

WIFI ACCESS
The free WiFi provided by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is available to all participants, observing a 60 minute usage limit upon registration.

Please turn off your mobile phone devices during scientific sessions and refrain from taking pictures during sessions.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the HKCEC.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
The congress secretariat and organizers will not be held liable for personal accidents, loss of and damage to private properties of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
